Food was exceptional, staff was amiable. The location was central, incredible in the heart of town. Moreover, it's short walk to the town centre and sights, restaurants and bars, and a pub with more bedrooms.

quirky decor, exclusive lounge access, interesting artifacts
The steep and narrow staircase is not suitable with physical disabilities!!! The parking situation could be better, as street parking can be a hassle at times!!!

Good decorations and a cozy lounge space.
Parking was quite challenging, and we struggled to find an available spot nearby. The noise from the traffic was distracting at times, particularly during the day when it was bustling. The staircase to our room was rather steep.

Couples seeking warmth
We felt comfortable and at home. Paul was like an old friend, cute and hilarious, sharing all these cool artsy stories he collected over a lifetime. The breakfast was great, and the attention to my gluten-free needs was a lovely touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what you get.

Quirky decor caught my eye right away. The warm greeting from Paul. Breakfast was a highlight. Choosing what I wanted the night before and having hot pastries, fresh coffee, and fruit juice made mornings special. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of toiletries available. I appreciated the sustainability effort with open toiletries instead of single-use packages. Also loved being able to use the kitchen and lounge. The traffic noise during the day was noticeable. It calmed down at night but could be a distraction for light sleepers.

The room was cozy and super clean, which I really appreciated. The bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get up! And a fridge in the room was a nice touch, especially for keeping drinks cold. Found the quirky decor charming too. But, the traffic noise during the day was a bit distracting. It reminded me of a perfect little getaway with just a couple of minor hiccups.

Stayin at green dragon was like magic, paul is super chill and treated us like buddies. The room was really comfy with a huge bathroom, and breakfast was amazin with warm pastries and fresh coffee. The location is perfect, just a short walk to explore all the pubs and restaurants. The vibe of the place is quirky and cool, definitely not your typical boring b&b. Parking was easy too, no stress at night!
only downside was that it got a bit noisy during the day with traffic, and the first floor might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues.
